I worked for around 10 years in software development and testing in banking, telecom and cloud domains. I had quit Ericsson to pave way to make my dream come true. I am finding the great talented people and making the life easier for the companies who are looking for talents. I love this job since I make client, candidate and my company happy.

We had worked in various companies both in Indian and in Sweden. Most of the people were not so motivated about their work because their interest were not aligned with the position of the job. So, they were not happy at work place. When they were not happy at work place, they were not happy at their home also. Spreading happiness is very important in our world now. To make it happen, we started this company. We are experts in identifying if the candidate have skills and are mentally ready to work in a position. Instead of filling a position in hurry mode, we take time to find a right candidate who will do the justice for the job he is going to do. We started this dream journey in 2016 with a hope that we would achieve the purpose of the birth of this company.
